Air Lift and Rotate
The customer needed to rotate 4000# rolls of product.
We designed an in-floor system that lifts the product approximately
1/2 inch with as little as 40 pounds of air pressure.
They can now crowd more rows of product near the
production area, saving floor space.
Rebuilding the Fox River Locks
This is a 100-year-old bearing housing being bored to fit up new brass bushings.

The customer needed to tilt the component to allow the employee
better access to the front of the motor during the assembly process.
This allows the employee to be more efficient and reduces fatigue.
